This contest is held by 4350855 Canada Inc (''the sponsor'') and is open to all subscribers of contests-sweepstakes-4free.com and/or www.usa1sweepstakes.com newsletter. The current contest opens the 2008-04-01 and closes at 23:59hrs EST (Eastern Standard Time) on the 2008-07-31. A random draw will take place August 1 2008 to determine the winner. The selected potential prize winner will be notified by email. If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, another potential winner will be selected. To be determined as a winner, the potential winner will have to answer a skill testing question. Chances of winning will depend on the number of subscribers at time of draw. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and municipal laws and regulations.

The prize consist in a $100 USD payable in the form of a certified cheque or equivalent that will be sent by registered mail after validation of the winners name, adress and majority status.

One prize per household. All decisions made, by the appointed contest judges, are final and without right of appeal with respect to all aspects of the Contest, including, without limitation, eligibility and/or disqualification of entries.

The sponsor reserves the right to change the terms of the contest or terminate it at any time, without prior notice if required. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of tampering, fraud, technical failures or any other reason beyond its control, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest, including selecting winners and/or additional winners from previously received valid entries.

The sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising materials, internet postings, these contest rules, the selection and announcement of winners, or the distribution of the prize. The sponsor assumes no responsibility for any failure, problems or technical malfunction of any computer systems or networks or other systems, equipment or facilities relating to, or used in connection with, the contest. The sponsor does not accept any responsibility for entries/subscriptions which are lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, incomplete, illegible or damaged, for any reason whatsoever.
